While we can’t fix this industry-wide situation, we have found shortcuts, ways to mitigate delays, and plenty of industry resources that help us keep ahead of these concerns. Additionally, we provide regular updates on recommended shipping dates to meet upcoming “big selling” deadlines, to help prevent surprise delays.

While we offer many specific services (labeling, palletizing, demurrage, etc), warehouse storage rates are usually the most important, and are listed below. Shipping is trickier and can vary by the week or even day. We have more experience than any other FBA-centric logistics company, and have adjusted our offerings over the years to keep up with the needs of sellers, while keeping prices reasonable. We offer an end-to-end solution. In other words, many of our customers will roll our shipping, warehousing, and trucking services into one, keeping everything all under one roof and allowing for a much more pleasant experience.

With the current shipping climate improving, we aim to get back to our original target of 6-8 weeks. Currently this is longer and less predictable, although this is an industry-wide problem. We provide regular suggested shipping dates to our customers to help them meet all the common deadlines (i.e. Prime Day, Black Friday, December/Christmas, and Chinese New Year).

All shipments are fully insured. While accidents are incredibly rare, sea shipping can lead to a wet container or shifted goods. Our insurance covers these for the price paid from the supplier.

We focus on China and India currently, although we have customers request shipments from the UK, Spain, or Domestic US at times. We can work with plenty of origin locations, although some may have trade limitations or longer quoting delays. We’ll let you know ahead of time when you request a quote.

We predominantly ship to the US West Coast, the hub of most FBA sales. In turn, this greatly cuts down on trucking costs. We do regularly make arrangements to other Domestic US fulfillment centers, and occasionally to other international locations.

In most cases we can! Many of our customers change a product, need to fulfill to retail or other channels, or need some samples for marketing purposes. This is much more cost effective if your warehouse is located in the US, as we do not focus on exporting. We can offer options if you think this will be a need for you.

We can, although only in certain situations. For example, a container with multiple customers’ goods will have to go to our warehouse first. Also, Amazon is very strict about their delivery timeslots/appointments. We have found it best to store things for our customers until an appointment is available. Trucking waiting time is far more expensive.

We have, and we can, but it is taken on a case by case basis.

We do not at this time.

Unfortunately we no longer offer these since 2020. We were unable to keep rates competitive and therefore felt it would be better for our customers to seek better options. For prep, we do have a close partner who we can set you up with, located on the East Coast of the US.
